Outreach Fee: $2.00 per mile**
*The fee listed only covers one part to be installed. If multiple parts are needing to be replaced/installed (e.g. motherboard and power supply), each part will be subject to the fee. However, if the total amount of parts needing to be installed exceed a value of $130 in labor, then the service order will be charged with a computer build fee ($130) and not by every single part (e.g. if a service order requires 4 parts to be installed, instead of charging the customer $39.99 x 4, the charge for the labor would be subject to the flat rate of $130).
**The outreach fee only applies to service orders in which we are required to perform work at the customer’s location and is charged on a per mile basis. The distance on which the charge is based on starts at the location of our office and ends at the location of the customer. We determine the miles to charge by utilizing a GPS program that reports back accurate mileage so that we do not over charge the customer in any shape or form.
