Yes, we do! However, they are not exactly prebuilt. We call them “spec systems.“ Spec systems are systems that have fixed specs and are built when ordered. So, if you want to make minor tweaks such as changing the case color or swapping specific hardware, you can do so. If you just want to buy the system as is, you can also do so! We are actively developing new SKUs to sell a range of systems at different performance levels and purposes. So, if you don’t want to hassle with building a custom PC, shopping our spec system collection is a great choice too!

Great question! Allow me to explain:
You place an order by submitting an order form located on our “Order” page or you can also just reach out through the “Contact” page.
We will respond to the submission using the your preferred contact method (text, email, etc.). In that response, that is where we will finalize any details needed for us to develop a parts list for the customer’s system. Example of details include budget, desired colors/appearance, computer use case (is it going to be used as a gaming PC? Or a workstation?), and size.
Once we have the confirmed details, we will develop a parts list to your budget. This part here usually takes about one to three business days depending on the amount of orders we are actively working on.
We send you a parts list and the total cost of parts for review. Once confirmed, we will send an invoice to a provided email to collect payment. Parts are ordered once payment is received.
When the parts arrive, the fun begins! We build the system and get everything set up.
The system is then packed and shipped straight to your front door! If your a local customer, we offer local drop offs.

We wish we could give you a concrete answer as to what the exact amount of days it takes. However, there are multiple factors involved that can affect order processing times.
The initial step of talking with the customer and finalizing the parts list can take anywhere from 1 - 4 days depending on the volume of orders we are actively tending to.
Shipment of parts to our office ranges from 2 - 7 business days depending on part availability.
Building the system takes about 1 - 4 days.
Shipping itself ranges from 2 - 5 business days to get to your doorstep.
In total, times range from 1 week to at most 3 weeks (extreme cases). We understand that this may seem inconvenient for the customer, but Chazy Designs is rooted in excellence first and every computer is built to the highest standard. Superior art cannot be rushed. However, throughout the entire time your order is being tended to, we keep every customer constantly updated on their order’s progress.

Yes, we do. Every customer has a budget and we strive to maximize that budget as much as possible. That is why we offer the option to spec out parts lists using second-hand market items to our customers. This option grants customers the opportunity to receive a better system compared to buying every part new with the same budget. Better value, better performance. However, we do advise customers that this option does not include any warranties on parts. Although Chazy Designs makes sure that the system is operational when it leaves the office, no manufacturer warranties will cover a part if it were to go faulty down the road.
